• Quality- Very creamy consistency, glides easily. But, if tried on other powdery base, it cakes and doesn't glide smoothly. This is kinda losng lasting, can wear upto 6-7 hours. It does get smudges easily due to it's creaminess and the colors doesn't seem that very pigmented if not applied several strokes. The colors are nice.. blue one is kinda smokey blue..with greyish undertone. Green is not much green, and rather it's more of paste type moss green. and brown one is burnt sienna color, and it is kinda copper type with flash. And golden one is most perfect when swatched on hands or applied on eyelid. I like the golden one the most. All of them are very shimmery and gives glittery eye lids! So, it's kinda my type item.. and I like it for my party look and night make up!

MUA_Luxe_Reckless swatch and review

• Packaging- MUA Luxe REckless comes in this black and golden colored packet and I consider this to be not very gorgeous but for the price and material it sort of goes well. It's 3 pound, in the website and with the look it's justified.

• Color- The color was the main attraction for me, not the brand, not the quality. All that I went crazy for was- the deep maroon..cabernet(red wine) type color. According to me, It's one of the precious colors that I own so far! The mesmerizing cool toned maroon with a velvety look made me bound to get this just the moment I saw this on the website! Another thing, that I should mention that, about other colors like- funk, people complained that it differs from the swatch they saw online, but Reckless has been shown just like this on the MUA website, and I had no complains after getting it! :)

• After Application-  It feels quite dry on the lips and dries very fast. It's more like my Lime crime suedeberry effect on my lips and quite long lasting as well. It doesn't fade or cake or transfer easily and while having food(oily) it seemed to fade a little, but other than that, with dry food like cookies and other things like drinking water, it's perfectly alright and for removing it, i had to apply the same technique like removing it with Vaseline or make up removing agent. For me, it's a wonderful velvet lip color and probably the one and only lipstick that i'll be able to finish it in this life time! lol.. but seriously i like it that much..& it's worth buying again! It's soo gonna be in my repeat purchase list! Love it..

Maybelline Baby Lips Lip balm -Berry crush!

• Packaging- I like how it's packed, in fact the packaging actually attracted me in the shop, to buy it. it was one of my impulse buys..not even like i was searching for it!

•  Color- It had total 3colors i guess, light pink(baby pink), orange and this one. I always prefer a redish tint, so went for this, "berry crush" After opening it looks like a strawberry red as you can see. It has a very sweet fragrance as well. very like the berry type scent.

After applying on the lips, this looks like- sort of like a pinkish tint on the lips. It's glossy but not too glossy, just perfect for winter time. And, the right amount of moisture in it, leaves your lips smooth and soft even if you've put it last night and woke up in the morning!

After applying on lips, it luks slightly pinkish, like a little pinker than your own lips.. but, not how i thought it would be. I thought it would be a bit more redish and will look brighter, but actually it doesn't look like so. Hence, i would rate the appearance and outcome as 3.5 out of 5. So far, as a lip balm, it's good, I like the feeling of light moisturizing instead of too glossy, so it works for me! I'm happy with it! :)

 So, when I'm talking about winter-care products, I mean all products starting from soap even! Because, soap plays a vital part in case of making your skin dry! A good soap with proper moisturizing agents and essential oils can save your skin and lessen dryness in this winter season! so, go for some Shea-butter or olive butter soap this winter and see the difference from your regular using one!
This is my favorite! Botanic shea-butter soap with black currant and Shea-butter! Trying getting one..& start for better care this winter!

The soap's size-

  Since it contains Shea-butter and black currant n olive butter, it's very mild and more buttery effect on skin. about it's smell or odor- It has a very soft fragrance, and while using you barely get it. it's lather is quite thick and you can feel how it moisturizes your skin. It helps to restore the moisture in your skin, not causing dryness to your skin & gives a healthy better look to your epi-derma(outer skin). For winter, it's a best-buy item. I simply love how it soothes my dry skin!

• Packaging- It looks totally edible mango packed in it. & it was soap..for me, it was hard to believe! I'm such a mango lover, & got a little disappointed to figure it out that it's soap n not edible thing at all..lol but, the packaging is actually great. makes me crave for mangoes.. It smells soo damn mango-ish flavored that i kept smelling it for one whole day, & unpacked it after someone insisted me to know about it's quality and stuffs.

• size of the soap- the soap is oval shaped and not very small not very big, it's medium.it was a little tapped from one side as you can see in the image! To be honest, I liked the cover packet of the soap more than the actual soap! lol

• Quality of the soap- This soap is quite mild, and the lather is very light and not very creamy. I like the fragrance but not the lather..it has a color too.. when i'm washing my hand with this, the color keeps dropping on the sink, which i don't like much! 

         & most importantly, It's cleaning agent is not very strong. It doesn't clean any type of greasiness or stickiness from hands. I seriously did not like to use this soap anymore after trying once.

 

• color- The soap changes it's color when it gets in contact with water. It turns into a peachy cream shade after using..and gets back to its normal color after getting dried up!

•  Final Review- for me- it's a nice soap but not re-purchasing type. Fun to give a try for once only! :)

Sunsilk Perfect straight shampoo & conditioner!

Sunsilk- perfect straight shampoo had a tagline of- "Straight-lock technology" & claimed as- "keeps hair fully aligned as it dries."
& also said on the top corner with a shiny highlight- "Use with conditioner for Stunnigly Straight Hair"

So, the packaging, the ads (both TVC & print media ads- in newspaper & billboard) were attractive! I found them brilliant. Felt connected with the message, considering it to be true! It was a good product's image in my mind. & right after seeing the ad for 5-6 times, I searched for the shampoo in a superstore & purchased it along with the conditioner. But, after using it, I must say- It's one of the worst shampoos that i've come across! Yes! It's just a waste of my money! It made my hair dull, dry, frizzy type, rough & lifeless in short!

It's named as- Perfect straight, but, it simply doesn't make your hair straight, rather wavy and tangled! So, Perfect straight is a far cry!

• It's effect on my hair- My hair is normal straight but since I've long hair it gets a little tangled and seems a little wavy in the bottom part if not used proper shampoo and conditioner. My hair is not very healthy and think type, but it atleast looks fine and shiny, silky soft with normal shampooing and conditioning! So, I always have a fascination for dead straight salon looking type straight hair! & that is why- I went for this product(Perfect Straight-purple pack one) And, It's simply a disaster!  It just did not make my hair straight in any way, rather a lot wavy and tangled, dry, straw like! Lost its shine in one use!

This was such a worst companion to my hair ever! In my life, i've come across atleast 30 brands of shampoo and used these brands- Dove, Pantene, Pert plus, Head & shoulders, Vo5, Suave, Finesse, Herbal essence, Sunsilk and Timotie, and a few more..But, trust me- I've never found a single shampoo ruining my hair this badly! How my hair looked is sort of like this-(image got from internet)

                                               

•  After Shampooing- My hair was perfectly normal and shiny soft silky before applying this shampoo, and I had applied oil  one hour before shampooing, but nothing could defend it. It's a worst product and the shampooing agents just killed my hair. When my hair dried up, i just felt my hair never felt this much rough and dull. The way it felt, when i touched once, I didn't even feel like toughing anymore.

• Conditioner part- I had applied the conditioner as well, but that was of no use.. I never knew that- a conditioner can contain this much roughening agent. It simply resulted a course hair! 

• My thoughts on Sunsilk- Both the products were Thai, and this is the only available one in superstores, so I had no other choice to buy any other country's one! But, I've used other Thai Sunsilk shampoos and conditioners, they seemed very perfectly nice! All I know is- this purple pack has caused severe damaged to my hair, and i need hair treatment now to fix this. I'm using oil- over night, right now to fix this dryness but, how it felt after using is unforgettable. I'm simply feeling like throwing them away. So, it's a BIG NO for this product! I heard others complaining too! so, don't go for the shiny purple pack of Sunsilk!!  The other items of sunsilk are good, definitely pick them in your basket, but not this one!!

MUA- Fashionista_Flawless Primer

MUA- Fashionista_Flawless Primer-
                                     MUA Fashionista Primer was on sale when I purchased it. It was only £3 in the official website of MUA, when I got ordered for it. But, it's actually 10£ & I feel it's justified! Even if MUA charges 10£ later on..I will still buy it! Fashionista Flawless primer was my first trial of primer & only in one trial it won my heart! Yes! Fashionsita Flawless Primer holds the best quality image to me!

• Packaging- It comes in long tube, which is soft and easy to apply because of the tube. The tube is approximately 15 centimeters long and you can keep it stand due to its shape.

•  Product's appearance- When it's in the tube, there's no way out that you can realize how it's going to be- sticky or gel type or liquid!  the tube seems soft, but silver in color, so no visibility of the inside substance! So, when I opened it, and unsealed the silver foil, and squeezed it, a little drop of transparent, shiny liquid substance was poured on my palm. I tried to smell it, it had no smell.

 It was shiny and seemed quite glossy at a glance and when I started blending it, appeared like this-

•  After blending-

                  It blends completely smoothly on skin. & When it blends, its invisible n your skin. Only the feeling remains and the texture changes. It claims of air-brushed finish..and certainly it does provide the claimed benefit. It leaves a Silky smooth feeling after applying, which I simply love. I tend to keep touching my skin a lot after applying this. My skin feels amazingly soft after applying it & blending it properly. It's very light. And, doesn't feel too heavy on the skin. It's quite greasy at first when you start applying but, later on when it's properly blended on the skin, it doesn't leave a single sign that something has been applied. Face doesn't look greasy at all. Doesn't even feel sticky! It's very very light in my eyes, as I've heard people complaining about their primer is a little sticky and stuffs.I can't really stop praising about it, unless it's used, none can explain enough about the goodness of this product. MUA did a fab job! it's an amazingly nice thing in their inventory!

It's major functioning seems to come to light, when foundation is applied on top of it. Foundation glides very smoothly.. and I just love how it looks..very smooth texture of skin & very silky effect with that.

• Pros & Cons-

1. It's very light, very easy to apply.
2. leaves silky smooth finish.. you can say air-brushed finish.
3. your skin glows when you put foundation on it.
4. Controls your sweat: It doesn't let your sweat come out of skin very easily when you do make up, so it's a major plus point in terms of showing thumbs up for this product.
5. gives you velvety soft skin.
6. you can always apply it before putting on foundation or facepowder whatever you want.
7. It's water proof.
8. It's totally invisible on skin & fragrance free.
9. It can be worn for long hours.
10. It glides very easily on skin, thus you don't need anything to apply it..you can do it with your hands.
11. It's simply not sticky type and if you use it barely on your face, without any face powder or foundation no1 can tell you've put something on your face! 

 & no cons for it! Besides- takes a little long to remove from skin with 2/3 wipers.  that's about it! :)
                                 I'm loving this product, and I would rate as 5 star for this! :)
